Look what they did to my street. It was only a few months ago that finished repaving it and now they have destroyed it with that black mark you see in the photo. This new work was filled in very badly so I have no doubt it will be a nice pothole in few weeks.

Just like the good old USA - completely repave a road then decide to fix some problem that existed for decades!!!
So true.
I look on the bright side as when there's a big pothole on the street, then they will slow down a little and I can cross the street easily.
